Private Server Setup
Once your registration is confirmed by signing the agreement, your own server is setup by our team and you receive your credentials as Administrator to manage your VSchool instance.
Website and Domain name branding
Our team configures your school name, logo and colors.
VSchool platform automatically allocates a sub-domain name to the school instance. Example: for a school called myschool, there will be: myschool.vschool.com. Besides, this domain name can also be customized so that a specific URL on your domain is pointing to your VSchool instance server. Example: www. myschooldomain.com.
Mobile App branding
VSchool service offer comes with a branded Mobile App both on Android and iOS. The App is branded to the school logo and colors. The branded App enhances the school’s identity towards the parents and the students.
Initializing of School Data
To allow the school to start using the platform, the bootstrap and initial step is handled by VSchool operations team in collaboration with the school’s staff as part of the standard VSchool offer. This allows seamless and quick kick-start and relieves the school’s staff from uncertainty during the handover of the platform.
Provisioning of the SMS Channel
VSchool team ensures that a specific SMS channel is opened for the new school. It also assigns a Sender ID name which the sending name shown on the SMS when it is sent to a parent or a student. This further enhances the schools identity and digital innovation.
Trainings of School Staff, Teachers & Parents
As part of VSchool offer, our trainers’ team steps-in at the initial phase and provides a proper training to the school’s staff, including the admin and the teachers, as well as the parents. This guarantees that the Apps and the Admin web portals are used properly by each school’s member and the parents for maximum efficiency.
