Timetables
VSchool comes with a Timetable Module which allows setting up a timetable for each class in a very flexible way.

Attendance
VSchool allows tracking of student attendance. The teacher will update the attendance of each student on his Mobile App, Tablet or computer. This automatically update the attendance status for each student in realtime. If the parents notification service is enabled, this will trigger automatically the SMS notification to parents for absent students.

Courses
The courses are configured by the school administrator for each class and level. Each course is associated with a syllabus which is tracked whenever the teacher updates the different topics that are taught to students.

Assignments
The assignments are filled in by the teachers. They can provide on the platform homework in the form of tests, quizzes or work to be completed. The students will be notified and they can answer directly or upload their answer document on the platform, which then becomes visible for the teacher in real-time.

Exams
The teacher can setup exams with the day and time on the timetable. This can be done solely by the teacher, or coordinated with the school management team.

Grades
The grades are filled-in by the teacher for each exam. This can be done on the teacher’s Mobile App, or the Web portal. The grades are in draft mode and then can be confirmed by the teacher which makes them final. Each student can thus has their own gradebook which is shared with the parent once final and published .

Certificates
VSchool allows generating rewarding certificates at the end of the year. The design and the content of the certificate can be fully customized.

Class Evaluation Report
VSchool includes a set of reports in the form of a grade summary and report which is automatically generated, monthly, quarterly and annually. This gives an overview of each student ranking, performance, compared to the average and the max of the class. Besides each teacher can put a specific comment for each student, which are necessary for the parents to follow their children progress and potentially detect issues at the earliest time possible.
