Accounting
VSchool integrates a powerful tool which gives the accountant the ability to track the purchases, as well as the invoice payments and schedules. This information is shown in a very detailed way allowing the accounting for example, to determine the pending payments and send a reminder by a simple click to all concerned parents.
Invoicing
The Accountant can very simply create an invoice based on the tuition fees and the additional services used by a student. This can be automated in case the payment is done monthly, where the invoices are automatically created and sent to the parents.
Payments
The system allows registering all payments, including but not limited to: tuition fees, bus fees, meal fees, accommodation fees. The system accepts various payments methods such as: Cash, Check, Bank transfer, Mobile Wallet… VSchool supports partial payments, scheduled payments, and a combination of various payment methods for the same invoice. The payment method is reflected in the tracking of Payments on the Accountant’s dashboard.
Income tracking
VSchool Accounting module allows the tracking of payments and sending automated reminders. The reminders can also be sent manually by the accountant who is monitoring the outstanding payments, by just a simple click on “Send Reminder” button.
