These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the VYZYOSCHOOL website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

VYZYOSCHOOL is a SaaS platform designed to help schools manage administrative, academic, and communication-related tasks. It is intended for use by schools, teachers, students, and parents.

3. Access to the Service

Access to the platform is restricted to users who have been provided with login credentials by their school or organization, or who have subscribed to the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, software code, and visuals) is the exclusive property of VYZYOSCHOOL. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Personal Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Tunisian Data Protection Law (Law No. 2004-63) and INPDP regulations. Each school remains the sole owner of its data, which is hosted securely on dedicated servers located in Tunisia.

6. Security and Confidentiality

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data stored on our platform.

7. Pricing

Pricing is determined based on the specific needs and size of each school and is formalized in a separate agreement or contract. All features and technical support included will be detailed in the signed agreement.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms, methods, and schedules are defined in the service agreement signed between VYZYOSCHOOL and the client. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, cheque, or any other method specified in the contract. Services are activated upon receipt of payment as agreed in the contract.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with a 30-day notice, according to the terms of the agreement. Upon termination, data will remain accessible for a defined period (default: 60 days) before being archived or deleted as per our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

While VYZYOSCHOOL makes every effort to provide a reliable service, we are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, internet outages, or misuse by users.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of significant changes, users will be notified through the platform or by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
